Mitch Adwon, President

Mitch is the President of Adwon Properties, Inc. and also Managing Member of Polly Properties, LLC, a real estate investment company, and managing member of other related real estate investment entities. He has been in real estate for over 35 years specializing in retail, land, and investment properties. Governor Kevin Stitt appointed Mitch in 2023 to serve as a member of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. He previously served as a regent for Tulsa Community College also having been appointed by Governor Stitt. He currently serves on the board of directors of Salvation Army, Philbrook Museum and Rogers University Constitution Day Board of Governors. Mitch has also served on the boards of Family & Children's Services, Cherokee Nation Business, Holland Hall School, Leadership Tulsa, Indian Nation Council of Boy Scouts, Leadership Oklahoma, Oklahoma Film Commission, Tulsa City-County Library Commission, Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority, Tulsa Historical Society, Tulsa Authority for the Recovery of Energy. He and his wife are members of First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa.

Jonathan (Jono) D. Helmerich

Jonathan (Jono) D. Helmerich is a Founder and Partner with Honor Holdings, LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma; a management company engaged with executive consultative services and real estate investment/management. In addition, he serves as Business Development Director for MidFirst Bank, N.A., the largest private bank in Oklahoma. He recently served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Sustainable Solutions, Inc., a “green” manufacturing entity in Tulsa. Prior to his position at SSI, Mr. Helmerich served as President of MidFirst Bank – Tulsa. He was responsible for all of the commercial, retail and operational functions of MidFirst in Tulsa area. Further, Mr. Helmerich served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Center Corporation, a holding company with substantial commercial real estate properties and investments in the mid-size capital markets. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Helmerich was employed by Liberty Bank & Trust of Tulsa, N.A., to initiate, organize and oversee their Private Banking Division. Previously, he served as an officer with the Northern Trust Company of Chicago and was responsible for managing a diverse loan portfolio with clientele consisting of Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-size businesses. Mr. Helmerich has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Mr. Helmerich is also involved in a number of civic organizations: Family and Children’s Services, where he is a Board member, Past President, and Past Chairman of a successful $8.1 million Capital Campaign. He also serves on the Board of St. John Health System, Inc. and is Chairman of the Friends of the Fairgrounds Foundation. Mr. Helmerich is the Past Chairman of the Capital Campaign for Monte Cassino School, a successful $8.4 million effort; Past President of the Tulsa Opera; former President and Board member of the Tulsa City and County Library Trust Board and former Board member of the Thomas Gilcrease Museum. He is also a Past President of the Committee of 100 in Tulsa. Mr. Helmerich is a charter member of the Board of the Morningside Healthcare Foundation. In addition, Mr. Helmerich is involved and serves on the board of several diverse companies.

 
 

 

Amanda Adwon

Amanda graduated from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she studied business and was a varsity athlete. She brings her competitive nature  into the office and will always get an assignment finished, no questions asked. After living in Chicago, Amanda brings a unique perspective for development as well as a unique outlook  for the future as she is the youngest of the group and extremely knowledgeable about the market. She is able to communicate fresh ideas that are too often overlooked. She focuses on investments and brokerage and loves talking to people and understanding their needs. Amanda is a strong believer in building relationships rather than purely focusing on a deal for the sake of the close. Her goal is to help Tulsa thrive and be a stronger competitor acquiring  retail and restaurants that can transform the city for the best.

John Peters

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, John was a Senior Vice President / Executive Committee Member of a Tulsa based seniors living company with an emphasis on Operations, Systems Improvement, IT Management and Company Growth.  Prior to that, John spent 18 years managing a large industrial services operation providing leadership and oversight in the areas of New Business/Sales development, Services, G & A, Safety, Major Account Management and Human Resources.

John earned his BS from the University of Tulsa and MBA from Oklahoma State University. He is also a member of the Tulsa Regional Tourism Advisory Board, Commerce Bank Advisor Board and has served on the Cascia Hall Preparatory School Board of Directors. John has had a long-term relationship with the local, state and national Alzheimer’s Association including board membership of the Alzheimer’s Memory Gala and engagement in the Dementia Friendly Tulsa initiative.  He resides in Tulsa with his wife Erin and two sons.

 
 

 

Luke Bryant

Luke graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Management. In addition to real estate, Luke owns the Luke Bryant Insurance Agency. He has been successful with not only a mind for business but also a heart for helping people and always looking out for the best interest of his clients. He has been able to easily integrate into the world of real estate by using skills he’s learned selling insurance and running two successful restaurants.


 

Will Bryant

Will graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in Letters with a focus in Constitutional Studies. Immediately following graduation, he began work in the oil and gas industry as a petroleum landman, working through brokers for several of the largest E&P companies in the state. During his time as a landman, his work has been used for leasing, mineral buying, and several large-scale mergers and acquisitions in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Using his experience in oil and gas, in 2021 he obtained his real estate license.
